who we sent out immediately after the attack

n Saturday's attack, gunmen pulled non-Muslims passengers from a bus in northern Kenya, killing 28 of them.

Al-Shabab has carried out a series of attacks in Kenya since 2011, the year that Kenya sent troops into Somalia to help battle the Islamist group.

Mr Ruto gave details of the military operation after attending a Sunday service at a church in Nyahururu.

"They were killed by our officers who we sent out immediately after the attack. They did not find time to celebrate their heinous crime."

He said security officials were in "full control" and urged other leaders to co-operate with the government rather than criticise it hair loss treatment.

Kenya's ministry of defence said in a statement that a total of 115 al-Shabab militants had been killed over the weekend, as ground troops and fighter jets attacked militants near the Kenyan-Somali border, and two al-Shabab camps in Somalia.

In a statement, al-Shabab called the government's words "absurd" and said that its fighters "didn't face any attack whatsoever".

Philae has gone into standby because of low power

Carbon-containing "organics" are the basis of life on Earth and may give clues to chemical ingredients delivered to our planet early in its history.

The compounds were picked up by a German-built instrument designed to "sniff" the comet's thin atmosphere.

Other analyses suggest the comet's surface is largely water-ice covered with a thin dust layer.

The European Space Agency (Esa) craft touched down on the Comet 67P on 12 November after a 10-year journey.拉菲紅酒

Dr Fred Goessmann, principal investigator on the Cosac instrument, which made the organics detection, confirmed the find to BBC News. But he added that the team was still trying to interpret the results.

It has not been disclosed which molecules have been found, or how complex they are.

But the results are likely to provide insights into the possible role of comets in contributing some of the chemical building blocks to the primordial mix from which life evolved on the early Earth.

Preliminary results from the Mupus instrument, which deployed a hammer to the comet after Philae's landing, suggest there is a layer of dust 10-20cm thick on the surface with very hard water-ice underneath.

The ice would be frozen solid at temperatures encountered in the outer Solar System - Mupus data suggest this layer has a tensile strength similar to sandstone.门禁系统公司

"It's within a very broad spectrum of ice models. It was harder than expected at that location, but it's still within bounds," said Prof Mark McCaughrean, senior science adviser to Esa, told BBC News.

"People will be playing with [mathematical] models of pure water-ice mixed with certain amount of dust."

He explained: "You can't rule out rock, but if you look at the global story, we know the overall density of the comet is 0.4g/cubic cm. There's no way the thing's made of rock.

"It's more likely there's sintered ice at the surface with more porous material lower down that hasn't been exposed to the Sun in the same way."

After bouncing off the surface at least twice, Philae came to a stop in some sort of high-walled trap.

Africa and the Middle East.

They include top executives of companies which had contracts with Petrobras.

President Rousseff chaired the board of Petrobras from 2003 to 2010.

"It is a symbolic case for Brazil," she said.

"This will change forever the relationship between Brazilian society, the Brazilian state and private companies."

President Rousseff said all agreements between Petrobras and a handful of large construction companies which acted as contractors for Petrobras would be investigated.

She said the investigation would target individuals rather than Petrobras as a company门禁读卡器.

Petrobras, which is majority-owned by the Brazilian government, is one of the largest oil businesses in the world with interests in Asia, Africa and the Middle East.

The investigation began earlier this year when a former executive, Paulo Roberto Costa, alleged that one of its departments paid millions of dollars in bribes to politicians, including members of the governing Workers Party.

Costa, who was arrested in March, has alleged that the refinery division of the company operated a fund that diverted money to political parties.頭髮稀疏

The resulting probe, codenamed "Car Wash", has led to raids in Parana, Sao Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Minas Gerais and Pernambuco, as well as Brasilia.

The scandal surrounding Petrobras was a sensitive issue for President Rousseff in last month's presidential election.

She was forced to admit there was evidence of wrongdoing at the company and has promised to try to reimburse Brazilians for the public money that was taken. 改善脫髮

One of those owners was Jim Archer, a Fleet Street photographer. His grandson Luke is now the proud owner of a 100-year-old Thornton Pickard Royal Ruby camera from the studio of Alexander Bassano.

The camera was one of many items stored in an old building that Archer says was at one time full of camera equipment. He adds that sadly much was sold off many years ago. Yet this camera remained, kept by his mother as she thought the brass and wood looked too good to part with.

The photography bug must be in the genes as Luke Archer took up the camera, and for his final degree piece at university decided to stand in the footsteps of his grandfather and Bassano and put the camera to use once more.純中藥外敷療程

The camera itself had been modified over the years to meet the demands of the moment, including changes to allow it to take a modern tripod, and dark slides as opposed to glass plates.

Of course a suitable subject was required, and to maintain that link to the past, Archer photographed hereditary peers whose ancestors were photographed at the Bassano studio. "Like me they have inherited something that has impacted on their lives," says Archer.

"The project aims through portraiture to document the hereditary peers as a class within society. It may well document the last generation who sit in the House of Lords."

Some of the pictures were taken at Parliament, others in the homes of the lords themselves.

Especially business travellers

More and more air travellers want low-cost fares, especially business travellers, traditionally BA's core customers.

These customers are the ones who are taking advantage of the new routes to Europe offered by the low-cost airlines such as Ryanair and Easyjet.

The loss of business passengers is potentially fatal to the future of BA, according to analysts.

"If its most profitable business passengers don't come back in the numbers, and paying the prices they were paying before the economic slowdown, then BA's current operating structure and cost levels will in no way guarantee its survival for the future," says John Strickland from JLS Consulting.防脫髮

Faced with the competition, British Airways seems to be experimenting with cost-cutting and surplus charges, such as not serving food on all flights - those that last less than two-and-half hours after 10am - and charging passengers who want to place a second bag in the hold.

BA has not gone as far as charging for food, which some budget airlines have done, but analysts argue that these measures will possibly not be the airline's last.

"You have to wonder just how far BA's new pricing regime will go in the pursuit of generating revenue to stem the losses," says Saj Ahmad, from Gerson Lehrman Group. 门禁读卡器
